This role will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments for customers and Sales Representatives while providing a great and impactful customer service experience.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in telemarketing and customer service, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must have exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills to schedule appointments, attention to detail and possess a good work ethic.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
This position is hourly plus bonus and commission opportunities! Job Responsibilities Incoming Calls - this includes taking incoming calls from prospective clients and setting appointments for sales team to meet with each individual/couple.
Outgoing Calls - making outgoing calls by way of provided lead lists.
Data Entry - Coding or entering data as appointments are made throughout the day.
Brainstorm with the team to come up with ideas to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
Job Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and leadership skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Proficient with basic computer software and phone systems High School diploma or GED.
Associates or Bachelor's preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
