$36,400-$52,000/year Up to $4,000 signing bonus based on experience running a lawn care route applying fertilizer and weed control applications with a Category 03 Certificate Fairway Lawns, in Knoxville, TN , is seeking a lawn care technician who enjoys diagnosing and resolving a variety of turf, weed, and shrub problems to beautify our customers' property.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for helping customers, understands the importance of using environmentally responsible lawn care treatments, and wants to expand their knowledge in our industry.
If you thrive working outdoors, are a problem-solver that excels in working independently, and enjoy developing and learning skills, then we want to hear from you! Experience is a plus but not required; we believe if you have the right character, you can learn the skills needed to excel in this position.

Provide unmatched customer service by communicating with the customer in a professional manner Make recommendations for continuous improvement, and be actively involved in solution identification and implementation Use environmentally responsible lawn care products Drive an assigned route using a company vehicle Requirements:
Background in lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance preferred Knowledge of fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides preferred Ability to work independently and display good time management Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation Good communication skills, both verbally and through using technology Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals Must have an acceptable Driving Record Background Check Required Must be able to pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and D.
