This position will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships with customers, upselling and overcoming objections, and closing sales on the same day.
This is a salaried position with additional commission earned based on sales and project results.
Job Duties Build long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and business to generate work Responsible for self-generating leads and closing at an acceptable rate Responsible for upselling and overcoming objections in order to close sales on the same day Ability to forecast upcoming needs of the department and sell work to fulfill needs Responsible for building projects within a customer's budget by assessing their needs Complete on-site visits with potential customers and create proposals based on information gathered Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts Enter data and navigate through multiple software programs Work with crew foremen and employees to oversee project execution in a timely manner Job Qualifications & Requirements Sales experience preferred but not required Must be a self-starter and go-getter who can work independently and remain organized Ability to meet deadlines and execute work timely and accurately Ability to work collaboratively with customers and coworkers Willingness to learn new things to promote self-growth as well as company growth Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Required Education High School Diploma or Equivalent We are a drug-free workplace and an Equal Opportunity employer.
