Position
Summary:
As an Receptionist, you will follow all Cornerstone of Recoverys policies and maintain company Core Values.
PRN employees must be able to work a minimum of 4 days per month (one Saturday and/or Sunday per month) in order to sustain PRN status.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct multi-line incoming calls to appropriate individuals; take and forward messages as necessary.
Provide information about the organization to callers and visitors Perform clerical functions incidental to reception activities Greet visitors; monitor and ensure proper entry; obtain name and need, and direct them accordingly Inform staff of appointments that have arrived at facility Check and print transportation schedule daily for transportation specialist Sort and distribute incoming mail Receive and post messages for patients Maintain lobby and reception area in neat and orderly fashion Dress and conduct yourself in a professional manner Adhere to and demonstrate organization's Core Values Call for assistance from other departments to perform urine drug screens Key in all assessments from clinical programs.
Conduct audits as assigned by the program director or Reception Manager.
Other duties as assigned by Reception manager or Director of Support Services Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills The ability to work effectively with others from various backgrounds Education:
