is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant with Lease-up Experience for Ardmore at Topside, a NEW 282 Unit apartment community located in Louisville, TN.
Applicants must have excellent communication and experience with prospective residents via phone, email and in person.
Position will include, showing apartments, marketing, overseeing social media accounts as well as organizing and filing lease documents.
This position pays a competitive salary and monthly leasing bonuses.

com Position requires:
Meeting with potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units Following up on leads for potential renters Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application and administration fees Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service Updates required reports as assigned by the Community Manager.
Organizes and files all applicable reports, leases, and paperwork.
Proof reads all lease paperwork and processes move-ins and move-outs.
Qualifications:
2 years experience in apartment leasing Lease-up experience Must have basic computer knowledge and experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Yardi Voyager experience is a PLUS!
