High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent verbal communication skills required, as well as, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
Switchboard operations experience or experience answering multi-line telephone in an office setting.
Must be computer literate and able to type 20-30 WPM accurately.
Must be able to sit continuously for 6 to 7 hours per 8-hour shift.
General Functions:
To answer and manage a large volume of incoming calls and route them to the correct person or department.
Greet customers that come into the business and direct them to the areas that they need to find.
Essential Functions:
Regular attendance Greet visitors and give directions.
Pleasantly answer and screen incoming calls and assist staff with in-house calls.
Process outgoing and incoming mail, including U.
S.
postage and other special services Keep inventory of office supplies, when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness of the main conference room and lobby area.
Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness as to perform the job in a safe manner.
Must be ability to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers, managers, clients and prospective clients.
Must be emotionally and physically capable of functioning under stressful situations.
2nd Shift:
2PM-10:
30PM Monday-Friday.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
