Accounting Clerk


Responsibilities:
The Accounting Clerk will assist with all types of tasks on the General Accounting team, ensuring that daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets are met as per the SLA.
The Accounting Clerk may assist with financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and implementation of SOX and compliance policies when required.
Tasks may include some or all of the following:
Perform Journal Entries in SAP and extract reports from SAP
Variance Analysis - actuals v/s forecast v/s budget.

Ensure updated documentation is available for all processes
Produce / interpret and analyze weekly, monthly dashboards
Basic Qualification:
Minimum 1yr relevent professional work experience in accounting or related field HS Diploma or GED

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
