PROGRAM COUNSELOR
UNIT B-FRESH START
FULL TIME (72 HOURS PER PAY PERIOD):
SHIFT HOURS; NIGHTS
POSITION
Summary:
Responsible for quality patient care by providing supervision and guidance for the patients as well as maintaining a safe and therapeutic patient environment.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
High School/GED Required. Bachelors or working towards a degree in psychology or social services preferred.
MINIMUM
Experience:
Previous healthcare experience preferred.
LICENSURE REQUIREMENT:
Employee must have a valid Tennessee driver's license Class D with an F endorsement for up to the 14 passenger vehicles, OR a Class A, B, or C with facility. Employee must have state mandated minimum insurance coverage. Driving record must meet Covenant Health minimum standards at the date of hire and throughout employment tenure.
